As an investment adviser you need to advice clients about investing in securities such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, or exchange traded funds, etc. Other terms that investment advisers use to describe themselves include investment counsel, investment manager, asset manager, wealth manager, money manager, or portfolio manager.

 

 

Responsibilities OF CRM

  • By asking questions, listening carefully and showing empathy, Customer Relationship Officers aim to get to the heart of what customers truly want. They may deal with specific questions over the phone, by email or in person. At establishments with a sales floor, Customer Relationship Officers may spend time simply interacting with people to get a better feel for the company’s customer base and how employees are serving them.

 

 

  • Customer Relationship Officers often act as a liaison between customer service and other departments, especially sales. They bring a specific complaint from a customer to the attention of someone who can resolve the situation They also may pass along general feedback they are hearing from customers in order to help build a better product or develop a new service.
  • Sometimes there isn’t an easy answer to a situation with a customer. When such scenarios arise, Customer Relationship Officers are tasked with figuring out what went wrong, how problems might be fixed and how to keep them from happening again.

 

  • Customer Relationship Officers build connections on behalf of the company. They may call existing clients to ensure their satisfaction, network within the community to identify prospective customers and contribute to the organization’s marketing campaigns.

 

  • Customer Relationship Officers has to do upselling to get new business from the existing clients, and has good knowledge of wealth management product as well as on how to pitch for the sales.

 

Responsibilities OF backoffice

  1. He has to do KYC for the new customers.
  2. He has to take care of the verification part.
  3. He has to maintain data as well as give the information to the client s when and where required.
  4. He has to be good in writing emails as well as verbal communication as at times he has to send emails to the customers.

 

 

 

Job Qualifications

  • Should be a result-oriented, self-starter & Proactive.
  • Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
  • Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience of financial products.
  • Work experience should be of 2-3 years
  • Should be able to understand and write in English.

 

 

 

 

Skills:- financial advisor service, Investment Planer, Mutual Fund Advisor, Investment Advisor, Financial advisor service, CRM, Back office sales.

 

Job Timings: 9.00-6.00 Mon-Fri, Sat- 10.00 am – 4.00 PM

 

Working Days : 6 days, Sunday off

 

Salary (Annualy) :  250000-300000 CTC

 

Location:- Piplod Road, newr VR Mall.
