We generated USD 2,000,000$in revenue in 2017, growing at 30% annually currently. We have undertaken more than 5300 projects in India in field of residential and commercial roofing. We are currently employs a work force of more than 65 people.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Are sales Manager to join our team. You will spend your day talking to clients about their needs. To excel in this role you should have a deep knowledge of all the corporate and big companies near by you.

 

  • Generate new leads from open market as well as from references.
  • New client acquisition.
  • Should be responsible for meeting the sales targets through effective planning.
  • Analyzing & increasing the client database and finding out the potential Clients- based on their priority level of the Client, personal references & networking.
  • Daily Client interaction.
  • Cold calling.
  • Building relationships with the client.
  • Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by organization on monthly basis.
  • You should have an architectural knowledge and builder contracts, also you have to create dealers and distributors.

 

 

 

 

Job Qualifications

  • Should be a result-oriented, self-starter & Proactive.
  • Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
  • Graduate with minimum 2 year of experience of builder and site sales.
  • Work experience should be of 2-3 years
  • Should be able to speak good English.
  • Candidate should be very good in corporate dealing.
  • Should be known to all the places in Surat.
  • Work from home in covid situation and after that candidate might have to visit all over Gujarat for the promotion and branding.

Incentives : Yes`, 1% of sales order, after 6 months of probation period.

 

Procedure of Interview : First-Telephonic, Second- Personal visit in head office in Mumbai
