Reporting to: Owner

 

Job Summary:

·         Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.

·         Answer questions about products or the company.

·         Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

·         Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

·         Enter and update customer information in the database.

·         Take and process orders in an accurate manner.

·         Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.

·         Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.



Expected Candidate (Skills):

·         Strong communication & inter – personal skills

·         Extremely organised

·         Required good communication skills in English & knowledge of E-mail & MS- Excel.

Qualification Required:   Minimum Graduate

Work Experience :  0-1 years

Communication :  English/ Hindi

English Required * Speaks good English

Job Timings:  9.00 am – 6.00 pm

Working Days :  6 days- Sundays off

Salary (Annualy) :    144000-180000

Incentives :  Will be discussed at the time of interview
