WHAT WE WANT

·         Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

·         Executing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s partner base and ensure its strong presence.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

·         Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

·         Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.

·         Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

·         2-3 Years’ experience in Marketing.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong organizational and follow-up skills

·         At least Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business or a related field

·         Creative thinking and professional attitude

·         Ability to work in a high energy environment

·         Be a self-starter with problem solving skills

·         Able to maximize sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

·         Salary range 3- 3.7 lakh package.

 

WHO CAN APPLY

WORK EXPERIENCE

·         2-3 years in IT sales.

·         2-3 years in Team handling.

·         B2B and B2C sales experience.

·         Good knowledge on IT terminology.

·         Salary negotiation round.
